Alberto Mondi (himself), an Italian native who lived in South Korea for over a decade, returns to Milan with a bold dream of opening a Korean restaurant. Joined by his friends Okyery Samuel and David McInnis, he embarks on a challenging journey to introduce authentic Korean cuisine to northern Italy. Together, they navigate cultural barriers, culinary challenges, and the complexities of establishing a unique dining experience. Their shared passion for Korean food and culture drives them forward as they work to transform Mondi's vision into reality.
