Synopsis
The narrative centers on Freya Heywood (portrayed by Teresa Palmer), a woman haunted by traumatic memories of her childhood involvement in a cult called The Kindred. Led by the enigmatic Adrienne Beaufort (Miranda Otto), The Kindred is depicted as a secretive group that indoctrinates children, subjecting them to psychological manipulation and abuse. When a local girl goes missing, Freya's suppressed memories resurface, compelling her to confront her past and prevent the cult from claiming more victims.
