Synopsis
Medaka Kurokami, a genius who becomes student council president and creates a "Medaka Box" for student suggestions. Initially a slice-of-life series, the story shifts as Medaka and her childhood friend Zenkichi Hitoyoshi, along with other student council members like Kouki Akune and Mogana Kikaijima, solve increasingly dangerous and supernatural problems that require them to fight powerful, superpowered individuals. The season culminates in a paradigm shift into a full-blown battle shonen with shocking reveals and the introduction of powers like "Styles" which are linked to communication and used to counter "Abnormalities".
