A young boy is transformed into a resistance fighter after the murder of his family and destruction of his village

After the horrific El Mozote massacre in El Salvador, a ten-year-old boy is rescued from the carnage by guerrilla fighters. Traumatized by his past, he begins a relentless journey in pursuit of justice while his country suffers in the throes of civil war. With fighting breaking out, a dedicated resistance movement using an underground radio station tries to expose the government’s crimes and show the world the brutality of the regime.
