Synopsis
After his boyfriend's tragic drug overdose, once-promising novelist Logan Hill (Kyle Deininger) falls into a deep depression that threatens his life and livelihood. His creativity stifled, Logan has struggled for years to finish his long-awaited second novel. When Parker Moore (Bryan Carter), an alluring reporter desperate for a career-making scoop, cunningly extorts Logan for an early peek at the unfinished manuscript, their initial hostility shifts to magnetic attraction. As Logan wrestles with rewriting the unsatisfying ending, he finds himself haunted by vivid memories and dreams of his late partner that make him question if he can truly move on. As Logan and Parker grow closer, Logan realizes he must confront his unresolved grief and let go of the past if he hopes to embrace love again. With Parker's encouragement, Logan finds the inspiration to rewrite the novel's ending and take bold steps to make peace with tragedy, and chart a new course. Dream Boy is a poignant tale of love, loss, and revival that explores the transforming power of hope, healing, and second chances.
