After a year of waiting to see if her sister Melanie would return, Clover sets out with a group of friends to find her. Entering the valley in which she disappeared, the group encounter a masked murderer who kills them all one by one. But when they miraculously respawn at the beginning of the night, they realise they are stuck on a time loop and must survive until dawn in order to escape.
