Synopsis
Accompanied by an original orchestral score, "Murmurs" invites viewers to immerse their senses in the world of living beings. With no human presence other than the music, the life we observe is that of our nonhuman roommates, whom we call "animals." By steering clear of the spectacular, we witness intimate moments of their daily lives, where their individuality within the group and the depth of their consciousness and emotions come to the fore. Through the eyes of our contemporaries, "murmures" gazes with fascination at this mysterious life that teems in harmony with our own, leaving us with a sense of unity and belonging to this vast whole called "the living," at the heart of which we exist as a tiny minority.
