Synopsis
Mad scientist Ryuichi Yamamoto transforms himself into a deadly cyborg, using his newfound power to terrorise the city
After transferring his consciousness into a powerful cyborg, brilliant but deranged inventor Ryuichi Yamamoto embarks on a violent crime spree. When police officer Selina Lam is transformed into the advanced android Eve-R27, she joins forces with her robotic partner Ann to stop him before he claims more victims.
