A rich Jewish prince is betrayed by an old friend, leading him down the path of vengeance
At the beginning of the 1st century, Judah Ben-Hur is a wealthy merchant and aristocrat living in Jerusalem. His Roman childhood friend, Messala is given the position of commanding officer in Jerusalem, and the two are reunited after many years.
