Synopsis
A Malayalam-language action drama movie based on the 2003 Muthanga protests
Varghese Peter is a police constable in Kerala who works in the tribal heartlands of the state. After witnessing their unique way of life and relationship to the land, Varghese strikes up a bond of understanding and respect with the tribal people. But when they are faced with expulsion from their ancestral lands on the pretense of forest conservation, Varghese witnesses the depth of injustice and cruelty that they face.
