Joe is the station chief for the CIA’s Lioness Program where brilliant women are trained for secret missions in the field. No longer an undercover agent herself, Joe is teaching a new batch of operatives, including a rough-around-the-edges marine, Cruz Manuelos. Cruz is tasked with infiltrating the life of a secretive billionaire who is clandestinely funding a terrorist network.
