Death is intent on claiming its debt in fifth thriller of infamous franchise

Sam, on his way to a company retreat with his coworkers, has a premonition that the group he’s crossing the North Bay Bridge with will die. After he convinces them all to get off it, the bridge collapses. But, a mortician warns them that Death will pursue them, unless they can kill someone else and fill the gap left by their survival. As horrifying deaths creep up on each of them, more turn to violence to try and save themselves.
