Student politics becomes embroiled in power struggles in action film set in Punjab

At Chandigarh’s Panjab University, Fateh and Harjang are leaders of two student political groups. In a clash, Fateh is killed and Sikander who’s newly joined the university, joins the leadership election and wins. But the following year, Beant, Sikander’s former lover and a headstrong, confident woman, runs in the election. However, state institutions also have a hand in student politics and will do anything to make sure their own wishes are obeyed.
