Phillip, a wealthy quadriplegic, searches for a carer who won’t patronize him. He eventually finds Dell, who’s struggling in his relationship with his son while on parole. At first, Phillip’s assistant is unsure about Dell, who lacks experience. But despite his unconventional tactics, he forms a close bond with Phillip and the two help each other to confront the difficulties in each other’s lives.
