Chip & Charly (1993)

Rabbittown, a drowsy little seaside village on the coast of a peninsula. In a houseboat in the harbour live Chip Rabbit and Charlie Mouse. Chip is the most cunning detective and the cleverest inventor in all of Rabbittown. He does his inventing at night because he spends the greater part of the day snoozing in his hammock. Charlie, his alert friend, sees to it that Chip doesn't sleep through the most important events.
